Om Mani Padme Hum. The Mantra of Padmapani Avalokiteshvara ceaselessly repeated by Tibetan and Buddhist monks and is known as the prayer of the Six Paths or the Jewel Prayer. While there are a lot of strange words with difficult syllables, the prayer its self is beautifully simplistic. (OM MA-NEE PAD-MAY HUM)
Om - is a blessed sound to help you achieve perfection in the practice of generosity.
Ma - helps in the practice of pure ethics.
Ni - focuses on the practice of tolerance and patience.
Pad - helps in the development of perseverance.
Me - the practice of of concentration
Hum - perfection in the practice of wisdom.
Tibetan healing (singing) bowls are formed from a molten ball of 7 metals. With each strike that comes down from the monk's hammer, is blessed with this prayer. Its a powerful mantra that heals and strengthens. Also a powerful tool to help clear the mind during a meditation.
You are safe. You are powerful. You are loved.
