Spring Equinox

Today marks the first day of Spring in the northern hemisphere, which also makes today the Spring Equinox. This is perhaps one of my favorite transitions as it beautifully illustrates the renewal of life after death. In spring the breath of new life and new beginnings, blows warmly over the land, plants and trees respond to the call of its love and sprout new buds. Light and darkness are in perfect balance as day and night meet in the middle, each lasting 12hrs, perfect halves. The time of rest, begins to fade into a time of action and passion. With this new life sprouting all around, may it be a reminder and may it inspire you to allow new life and new growth to start taking place within. In this time of growth and renewal, know that you are safe. You are powerful. You are loved.
